Demystifying the "heartthrob" (Part 1).

Niklas and Dr. Meier (Doctor's Diary) has given Florian the status of "heartthrob". During Männerherzen promotion many interviews pointed him as a sexysymbol and the most "desired" man in Germany at the moment. However, his works are not only about "being the charming guy in the movie", even on those roles you see his qualities as an actor. Now, if you want to demystify his beartthrob role, you can do that by watching some of his past characters, like Herr Sauerland (Mr. Sauerland).
Jupp Sauerland is a federal agent in the Policial-Thriller, TV film, Amigo-Bei Ankunft Tod (2010) ("Death on Arrival"). Next monday, some will have a chance to see Florian playing Jupp as the movie will be on TV, ZDF, at 8:15 pm local time. If you are not in Germany or France, like me, there is a sneak peak here. Wondering why France?! The movie was released in this country in March of 2011-Amigo, la fin d'un voyage. This means french fans can watch the movie translated or with subtitles and probably even find it in some DVD store. For others interested, it is available in amazon for purchase, in German.

Synopsis: "Twenty years ago, Amigo Steiger was involved in an attack that killed a bank manager and his driver. He managed to flee to Italy and settled south of Naples, where he converted to agriculture and ecotourism. But the BKA - Federal Criminal Police Office - is still after him. Flush out the two officers on his farm. Gunfire broke out. A policeman was seriously wounded and Amigo escapes again. Convinced that he was betrayed, he returned to Hamburg to find his old friends, including Alexander Bosch, editor threatened with bankruptcy, Maxime and his wife, with whom Amigo once had an affair ... "
Interesting, no?! See more Florian as Jupp Sauerland below and in the photoalbum.
